Real Estate (almost) Done Right

| No TrackBacks

Via Read/Write Web I discovered Spyk.

The main difference between Spyk and Domain and Real Estate is that it lets you browse listings entirely via a map, digging up listings as you zoom & scroll. Additionally you can filter by property type, price, bedrooms & bathrooms. Pretty much everything I need in a real estate site ... except that its pretty buggy.

If the Spyk guys see this please get your listings up to date, and fix the geocoding. :)

The only additional feature I'd like to see is a SimCity style "hot or not" overlay. Previous sales data would be really nice (though I recognise that this data is quite expensive for anti-competitive reasons).
