Telecom NZ generic advertising

| No TrackBacks
Telecom has paid for anonymous advertisements urging Kiwis to get a broadband internet connection in what has been called a desperate bid to beat government regulation.

From Anonymous ads urge switch to broadband (stuff.co.nz).

This is really a test post since I upgraded to MT v3.2. But its also a little amusing to see what lengths a company will go to in order to maintain ridiculous monopoly position.

Other stuff for my failing memory - US rates up overnight 0.25% to 4%. RBA keeps AU rates unchanged at 5.5%. Heartware announced successful animal trials (PDF). In comparison the same announcement for VCR takes us back to 2001.
